Casa Dos Amados Todos Reserva Arinto is a white wine that presents fantastic aromatic complexity and a mineral profile. It presents aromas of young and vibrant orchard fruits, together with citrus notes and delicate toasted notes. It is a fruity, delicate, elegant white wine with very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Reserva Arinto is a white wine produced in the Bairrada wine Region with white grapes of Ainto. The wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, 50% of the batch was transferred to new French oak barrels, where the wine was in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, and subjected to regular stirring. The other 50% remained in stainless steel vats prior to being blended and bottled.

Casa Dos Amados Todos Reserva Arinto is a white wine that displays an aromatic profile of young fruits and aromas of great complexity. Aromas of orchard fruits predominate, along with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, delicate balsamic notes and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
